  • There has been an issue identified on the main node.

     

    This is being worked on by our senior admin team at the moment and as a result site speeds may be slow as the cpu load will be high during these essential works.

     

    We expect these works to be compleated later today.

Server Rebuilds (Resolved)

  • At T3A Solutions we like to keep our servers running at their peek.  This means that as a matter of routine we rebuild our servers twice a year in order to keep everything running as quickly as possible.

    Our next rebuild is scheduled for the Sunday 7th August 2011 starting at 1am (saturday night/sunday morning)

    What this means for you.....

     

    During the rebuild there will be some downtime, we will limit this as much as possible but expect the server to be offline for about 1 hour.

    During this time we will reformat and perform a clean install of the server restoring all our customers accounts individually to ensure the best performance.

    We will keep secure backups of all your accounts locally during this process to ensure you do not lose any data.

    All the work will be carried out by us and there will be nothing that you need to do.

    Their is no way to say exactly how long your site(s) will be offline for as their is a lot of work that has to be done when recreating your accounts manually, however we feel that it is better than an automatic recreation where errors can occur.

     

    No site should be offline for more than 1.5 hours during this time.
